Forest Gate Neuro Rehab is a boutique, specialist 2-bed home offering intensive rehabilitation for adults with acquire brain injuries (ABI). Powered by Compass Supported Living, we provide personalised rehabilitation pathways led by an expert multidisciplinary team (MDT).
Our goal is to maximise recovery potential, support relearning of skills, and facilitate a safe and positive transition back into the community.

PURPOSE OF PLACEMENT
To provide intensive neuro-rehabilitation focused on recovery, relearning skills, and preparation for discharge to an appropriate long-term environment.
MAXIMUM LENGHT OF STAY
Forest Gate Neuro Rehab provides time-limited placements with an initial maximum stay of 12 weeks, subject to review. Extensions beyond this period will only be granted in exceptional circumstances, and must be supported by clear clinical rationale and agreed funding.
RESPONSIBLITIES OF THE FUNDING AUTHORITY / FAMILY
- - Active participation in reviews and discharge planning meetings.
- - Engagement in sourcing and securing appropriate discharge pathways from the outset.
- - Agreement to fund extended placement periods in the event of unavoidable discharge delays.
FUNDING TERMS FOR EXTENDED STAYS
Where discharge is delayed beyond the agreed maximum stay due to non-clinical factors, the following will apply:
- - Continued funding must be confirmed in writing.
- - Fees may increase to reflect extended occupancy and non-rehabilitation usage of the service.
- - Forest Gate Neuro Rehab reserves the right to implement a holding or occupancy rate where clients no longer require intensive rehabilitation.

PRICING
Our bespoke neuro-rehabilitation packages start are dependent on assessment and individual client needs. Extended stays, non-rehabilitation occupancy or delays in discharge may attract additional holding fees as outlined in our Repatriation Agreement.
