Our person-centred planning ensures that every person living in our residential homes is enabled to meet their physical, emotional, vocational, educational, spiritual, safety and social needs, 24 hours a day. We have a number of properties available and can support the individual to find their perfect home.
Merchland RD is located in the heart of Greenwich on quiet residential street but within easy reach of amenities and transport. Our focus is on providing community based support to adults with a learning disability.

Or support is tailored to meet the needs of each individual which will take into account the choices and preferences of each individual. At each property we have the following
24 hour live-in support
– we have staff on site 24 hours day.

– Our home can accommodate up to 4 service users with staff based on site 24/7 providing our service users with background of 1:1 and 2:1 in the evenings and nights.

Our homes have all been thoughtfully and in some cases, specifically designed to meet the needs of those we support. All our homes are kept in good decorative order as we have our own 24-hour maintenance team on hand for any repairs. Accommodate our service users' belongings and preferences. All our homes have a no smoking policy.

In the development of personal hobbies and also engage in the community by finding activities that will encourage them to participate in community-based activities.
