Our speciality is supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex health needs and those who exhibit challenging behaviour. Our goal is to work towards independence for the individuals we support whilst still providing them with as much or as little support as required.
Our homes are bespoke, designed to meet the needs of the individuals we support. Our aim is to ensure we are providing care in every direction of the individuals we support that way they are truly receiving person centred care at all times.

SPECIALIST SUPPORTED LIVING HOMES FOR ADULTS
Our supported living homes allows the individuals we support to live independently and have control over how and when they receive support. We work with individuals to set their levels of care and support and ensure their rights as a tenant are protected.
Our Skills Hub offers the chance to learn new skills, engage in the local community, gain a new-found independence, and making new friendships.
